SkillCell is changing the biochemical analysis paradigm, placing ease of use at the center of its vision: anyone can use the tests, wherever they choose, whenever they want. Founded in 2017 in Guadeloupe, SkillCell is located in Jarry (Guadeloupe), Paris, and Montpellier (France). SkillCell brings together brilliant scientific experts and experienced industrials to allow the largest number to benefit from these game-changing technologies: we aim to offer new perspectives and additional transparency, providing clear answers to diverse and complex questions.
Our technologies already deliver several applications:
- IDIR a CE-marked urine test for insulin-resistance identification,
- EasyCOV a CE-marked saliva test for Covid-19,
- And more to come…
Furthermore, SkillCell is making its technologies and know-how available to industrial partners and third parties and proposes to develop products based on customer specifications.

CNRS
As part of the CNRS (National Centre for Scientific Research), Sys2Diag is a private-public research structure created to fast-track the development of innovative approaches in the diagnosis sector. This extensively interdisciplinary research unit combines complementary renowned expertise in the development of next generation diagnosis tools. At the crossroads of medical research, biotechnology design and algorithm development, Sys2Diag aims to develop visionary and life-changing diagnosis tests in various fields including health, food & drink, and the environment.

CEA
The CEA is a major research organisation working in the best interests of the French State, its economy and citizens. Thanks to its strong roots in fundamental research, it is able to provide tangible solutions to meet their needs. SkillCell and the Frédéric Joliot institute (CEA) collaborate on enzyme research subjects.
Montpellier CHU
It is organized around 13 university hospital centers grouping all medical and surgical specialties and spread over several geographical sites north-east of Montpellier. SkillCell and the University Hospital Center of Montpelier collaborate on the development of the first CE marked urine test for insulin-resistance identification.
